Football Field 3D Mapping | Geosun GS-200G Handheld LiDAR Solution

In this project, our client from Peru conducted a detailed football field 3D mapping using the Geosun GS-200G Handheld LiDAR System, powered by Livox MID-360 and advanced SLAM algorithms.

The GS-200G’s lightweight design and flexible operation enabled efficient indoor and outdoor scanning , making it ideal for open fields and structures like stadiums.

After data acquisition, the client used CloudCompare software for point cloud visualization, editing, and measurement. The data presents clear structural outlines and elevation details of the stadium stands and surrounding area — demonstrating the high point density and stability of the GS-200G system.
